At only 100 mtrs. from PUNTA DIVE, one or two bedrooms apartments. A very peaceful and small residential development with communitary swimming-pool and next to the beach.
The one-bedroom apartments includes sofa-bed in the dining room, american style kitchen and terrace, totally equipped and is ideal for two, three or four people.
The two-bedrooms apartments, have plenty of space and are fully equipped, best suited four to six people. Consist of two double-bedrooms, bathroom, independent kitchen, wide dining-room with double sofa-bed, and terrace.

Only 200 mtrs from PUNTA DIVE, it is located next to a very peaceful beach with lots of charm. Nothing is missing at this four star hotel from the Sol hotel chain.
Pensión S’Arribada
de Cala Boix.
At 10 km from PUNTA DIVE, but without traffic jams, traffic lights and bad tempered
humor.
You have to visit to believe it. By a very charming creek, this simple but very clean small hotel, has air conditioning and TV, the good atmosphere and great food, makes this choice a very good bargain.
Casa Vicente.
At 3 km. from PUNTA DIVE. Situated in a place
well apart from everywhere else, in the middle of the countryside and with a marvellous sea view. This house is an old ibiza "payesa" house, refurbished only one year ago and it is ideal for large families or friend groups. Consist in three double bedrooms, one single-bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen , and dinning-room with sofa-bed. The house is surrounded by private land with terrace and swimming pool.
Casa Miguel
With old-history "flavour", this house maintains its original decoration. With the same characteristics and size as Casa Vicente it is located at 6 kms. from PUNTA DIVE.
